Brooke Ence comes from a dance and sports background, and is a 27-year-old native of California. She may be a rookie in the CrossFit Games, but she still has plenty of time to improve on her 14th place finish before it is all said and done. Brooke first found CrossFit in 2009 after moving away for the summer and meeting Tommy Hackenbruck at Ute Crossfit in Utah. She trained with Tommy until she moved to Santa Cruz in 2011.
Brooke started competing in 2010 but in 2015 she finally got her shot to compete at the CrossFit Games. She won the California Regional and finished 14th at the 2015 CrossFit Games. In 2016 she placed 6th at Regionals and was just 17 points away from a final qualifying spot. Let’s be honest, Brooke makes CrossFit look HOT… and besides her absolutely amazing bod, we can’t get enough of her fun, out-going and positive personality!

Diet and Training:
Brooke eats high protein and fat, and low carbs. She does multiple workouts in a day, 3 + times per week. Brookes coach determines her programming. Her rest days are strictly scheduled. Brookes box is CrossFit West in Santa Cruz, California.
